We hope you love your Clawra nails! But if there's an issue, we're here to help.

❌ Due to hygiene reasons:

We do not accept returns or exchanges on press-on nail sets that have been opened, used, or applied.

✅ You may request a refund or replacement if:

The item arrives damaged or defective

You received the wrong item

To be eligible, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and provide a photo as proof of the issue.
Email us at info@clawra.store with your order number.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
